We are ready to serve. | | Teresa Porter, Chief Executive Officer and President, joined ISYS Technologies in May, 2002 as a Principal. Teresa's strategic vision of building a first class services organization that focused on delivering superior services to the Federal government and Public Sector began to align.
Teresa's extensive background is diverse and has included managing both small and large services organizations. Beginning her career in Accounting/Finance, she moved into Sales and Marketing, and eventually into the role of building, managing, and growing technology based organizations. Teresa has assembled an impressive management team at ISYS with extensive experience in the Government services sector. Since 2002, ISYS has grown significantly from 3 to more than 150 employees with a presence today on multiple Federal, State and Local Government programs. Through these continued efforts, ISYS has grown to be widely known as a reputable Engineering and Information Technology Services provider to the US Government.

| | Kurt Hotto Founded ISYS Technologies in 1989 and incorporated in 1990. Kurt's guiding principles for building ISYS, is to treat people right so that both the organization and the individual may succeed. "Our reputation is our key to success." Kurt is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors and contributes on special projects.
Kurt's started his career as a Systems Engineer for Electronic Data Systems where he internalized customer service and employee values as the backbone of his company. He has managed multi-million dollar projects in the commercial and Government sector. He has hands-on experience in technical consulting, project management and business management. His industries include Health Care, Mining, Public Utilities and Public Transportation.
Kurt received his Master's in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute.

| | James (Jim) Kulbacki, Vice President Technical Operations, has been a member of the ISYS Leadership team since August 2006. Jim is responsible for management of all technical personnel and the contracts they support. He oversees the successful execution of ISYS programs around the nation and has structured an organization that cultivates employee satisfaction and enhances customer intimacy.
Prior to joining ISYS, Jim spent 5 years at SYColeman and an additional 5 years at SY Technology where he was responsible for program management, military systems analysis, and long range planning. Jim also served 26 years in the United States Army in a variety of technical, management, and command roles.
Jim has a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from Long Island University, a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy. |

| | Richard Spangenberger, Senior Director of Business Development, joined ISYS Technologies in March 2011. Richard has over 26 years in the Aerospace and Defense Industry with a background in Business Development, Program Management, Capture Management, Systems Engineering, and Software and Hardware Design.
Prior to joining ISYS, Richard had a successful career with Lockheed Martin most recently as the Director of Business Development for C4ISR Systems - a division with annual revenues of $1B. Richard brings a track record of effective business growth, strategic planning, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Richard holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master's of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |
