Executive Management:
The ISYS Executive Management Team has combined industry experience of more than 45 years. This combined experience comes from a variety of backgrounds incorporating Engineering Management, Finance, Sales and Technology Delivery.
Teresa Porter, President/CEO joined ISYS in May, 2002 as a principle. She has an extensive sales and management background in the Technology Industry spanning 28 years. Teresa's background is diverse and has included managing both small and large IT and Engineering organizations. Beginning her career in Accounting/Finance, Teresa moved into Sales and Marketing and eventually into the role of building, managing and growing technology-based organizations. Upon joining ISYS, she has directed a Federal Government customer-focused organization and grown annual revenues from under $1m to currently exceeding $12m. In 2008, the focus has been expanded to include State and Local Government. Today ISYS is a reputable Technology Services Supplier in both the Government and Commercial sectors.

Kurt Hotto, Vice President and founder of ISYS in 1989. Kurt has extensive
experience in solutions delivery and project management and Finance. Kurt has
consulted on multiple engagements during his tenure with ISYS and continues to provide
project management expertise to the organization. Kurt is currently responsible for
Contract Management, Financial Activities and the Proposal office.
James W. Kulbacki, Vice President joined ISYS in 2006 with more than 30 years of experience in DoD operations. Jim's industry experience and background began in 1996 following his tenure at U.S. Army Space Command, Deputy Command (Support) Deputy Chief of Staff Operations (DCSOPS). Prior to this he spent 26 years in various leadership roles in the Army to include command assignments. At ISYS, Jim is responsible for Technical and Engineering Operations Management and the Program Office. ISYS currently is working on programs in Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and Florida.
