ISYS Technologies recruits individuals with the expertise that
our clients need to support mission critical roles and in
support of mission critical programs. The Talent Acquisition Team of ISYS
Technologies specializes in Systems and Software Engineering as well as
Military Systems, System and Software Testers, Configuration Managers,
Network Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and other high level technical expertise.

ISYS employs a formal process to ensure that the internal team
maintains ongoing communication with all ISYS employees working on programs at client
sites. Each employee will have
a dedicated Team Lead to discuss issues that may arise on the work site. ISYS employees
are given periodic informal reviews and annual evaluations of their performance.
This is performed by the Delivery Organization in which they are assigned with
consideration of the input of others in the organization. Compensation reviews are
done annually or on an as needed basis. It is an ISYS policy to recognize and
reward employees who meet and exceed expectations.
